Bar
The bar is the vibrant heart of BABEL, a space to clink glasses, meet, discover, and keep your eyes wide open. From 10 am to 4 pm, come enjoy the calm and softness of the place while sipping a latte roasted just a few streets away, or one of our secret homemade drinks. From 4pm to 8pm, come and sample local beers, cocktails with exotic flavours and homemade drinks… Far from the classic standards of a hotel with a bar in Lille, the atmosphere here evolves with the passing hours and new encounters. It’s also where you can discover the work of local artists and musicians during their residencies or exhibitions. Keep an eye out!
Breakfast
After a restorative night in the calm of BABEL, the comforting scent of coffee tickles your nose... The buffet offers a selection of local products born from committed sourcing that favors short supply chains and responsible production: breads and pastries from the Lesage bakery, jams from the Happy farm, homemade pancakes, babka, granola, chia pudding, and the unmissable local tarte au suc' (sugar tart). A delicious, locally sourced take on a Lille hotel breakfast, with flavours drawn from an inexhaustible reservoir of global influences…
Coworking
To all travelers who work, workers who travel, adventurers looking for a hotel with coworking in Lille, and anyone seeking an inspiring space for an hour or a day... Babel hosts your work sessions with the sweetness of a local coffee and a homemade pastry, with the added comfort of a hotel. And if you need a quieter space to organize a seminar or work as a group, we'll hand you the keys to our private lounge.

Babel takes care of tribes and future generations. To help you travel light, we provide all the necessary baby equipment. And because the best memories are built together, board games are at your disposal for unplugged moments of sharing.
Terrace
BABEL opens onto the now-pedestrian Place des Reignaux. When the sun peeks out, hotel guests can soak it up on our furnished terrace. A breath of greenery, our terrace offers a peaceful interlude to read, dream, or set the world to rights, sheltered from the hustle and bustle.
Please note: Place des Reignaux will undergo redevelopment during the winter of 2026/2027.
